Does it have something to do that my contributions don’t show up in the channels I helped during the subathon?

For example I helped in these 2 channels:

It’s like my subs are frozen even though I helped in those 2 channels during the subathon. Can someone investigate what happened? @jeslynl Thank you.

Yes, this is the case for quite sometime now. I noticed the “frozen” contributions about ten days ago. Someone mentioned it in another thread as well, but it hasn’t been corrected yet and it may be affecting the subathon contribution count.

[Viki Community] Contribution Count System improvements

The contribution count isn’t updating on dramas from the past 3-4 days. I did our “favorite” steps… cleared cache and cookies, tried a different browser, even a different device, but this problem seems to be with Viki system (at least for me) The contribution count on a user’s page is more than the respective drama’s page. Hi! Not showing in my profile and I’m sure I translated a lot more than 10,000 lines. And I’m not sure if it’s the right place to write it, but there’s a problem with count on PROJECT CONTRIBUTIONS and the Subtitler section in the drama page. Maybe it’s related.
