I encountered a bug where you would click on someone’s name in your inbox (official viki link, valid way to find profiles) and it would give you an error.
Sometimes it’s just a bug. Or a name change that takes ages to register. My link kept giving errors for days after I had a name change.
I agree that the user should provide a link if the usual methods don’t work. The CMs and Moderators have enough problems as it is.
