As we have often repeated on this thread, your best bet is to find some moderators of your language (make sure they are active, by looking at their ārecent contributionsā page) and ask if they need help with one of their projects.

Hi! Iām a rookie that wants to start writing subtitles in my native language, Italian. I hope I can get project soon so all the dramas will reach us Italians too!
